Fizz, I'm afraid not. Its always there come rain or shine. I have parked there on many occasions yet never seen the rider. Its even there on a weekend aswell.
I thought you or Liz worked for Blacks, get one of the staff to see where he/she goes.

It's always there, when i arrived for work and when i left, any day of the week, i've never seen the rider.
As for the rucksack incident
Lets just say the contents didn't wanna stay in there on my ride home.
