Was filtering down Muswell Hill which has double solid white lines so i was well over them in the oncomming lane.
As i cruised along i noticed the familiar colour scheme of the govt appointed tax collectors car and tried to get back in my lane. He was watching me in his wing mirror and waved me past when he could see it was clear down the hill.
Either that or he was asking me to pull in so he could have a word but it was ambiguos enough for me to take the first view
