It being a fair old way down, and me having the whole week off afterwards, I'm thinking I might launch a wee attack on the local roads afterwards... And helpfully, Bike has a rides supplement this month with one route setting out from Shrewsbury, and another 4 in striking distance. So, I reckon if the weather's good I'll stop another day and go riding about. Any personal recommendations? Apart fropm "Don't speed in Wales"?
