If they're otherwise sound with regards the mechanical bits (seals, bushings, chrome) then a set of springs is about £90 from maxton and oil is about £15.
£50 to me for doing it. Since I strip the things down to components anyway revalving is not any extra work just another £15 or so for the new shims.

Changing shock oil is cheap, happy to try it and see if it gives you the improvement you're looking for.
