Top day, apart from losing seat cowl on m62 somewhere so had to do day with gaping hole behind me! Track was sopping to start with which was worrying as last time there in wet I highsided. Not many people booked on so just 2 groups of 20min sessions! Absolutely knackering, I missed a couple of sessions due to cramp in fingers. Got confidence back in wet then went on to drys at dinner. Got a less worn out tyre fitted for £20 inc fitting, had forgot how bad mine was! Was getting bit carried away at end of day (got down to 1.55lap)till a huge slide at lodge woke me up. Met Ratty who giving his sv1000 some. Last time I saw a gixxer coloured sv1000 on track it was dave prestons doing acrobatics at raf leeming. By the way mate, the money went from my account last night. Thought I had got away with it, at least they did take the discount off.
