Re: Motorcycle Insurance 2017?
Modifications are a bag of worms. I've just tried a few online and comparisons. For third party only I start off around £70 on comparison sites. Add Scottoiler and heated grips and it goes up to £87, exhaust (no performance increase) adds nothing, upgraded shock brings it to £95. However that site wants EVERYTHING declared, so I keep thinking of others I have or might have and it seems an endless list (air filter, hugger, fender extender) Thankfully indicators are standard and no tail tidy. Just remembered gear position indicator.
Starting to think that Bennetts with their list of accepted modifications is going to be the best option.
Any other insurers with that sort of exemption?
