No. 4WD and a dirty great mortgage.
He did his CBT a few years ago, but never got around to converting it to a full licence.
I've heard of Stanhope. On a good day, it's worse than Baghdad.
I'm never sure whether it's better to keep all the toe-rags in one place, or to distribute then throughout the community so that they can be shown how to behave. Either way, all towns seem to have their enclaves.
