You will need a freebie called RaceChrono2avi. Google it and you should find it easily

When you record a session in RaceChrono, click it and at the top of the screen you should see an up and down arrow which allows you to export the data. Click that and select a save location. Connect your phone to your PC and go to that location and you should see a .csv file.

Now open RaceChrono2Avi and load up the csv file you just took from your phone. You can also change the dials, alter the layout, colours etc etc but I'll let you design that however you want. Be sure to select your first lap and lap in the drop down boxes under where you selected the csv and also make sure that tickbox called "Record AVI" is selected. Hit play and you will the times start and the speedo moving etc. Just let that finish and hey presto, one AVI movie file of all your data that RaceChrono recorded.

Once you have that file, you can use your choice of video editing software to overlay it on top of your main footage.
