Not quite walking distance but close.
Have plenty of parking and I am sure the next door neighbours would be overwhelmed with happiness to see a fleet of noisy motorcycles turn up. (They are old and as far as I can tell a bit snobbery). The other neighbour is a member of ZZ Top. Or a close relative.
