Hmmm, just noticed it's 4 groups but limited to 30 per group, not sure if that is good or bad. Wouldn't like if if you only had 15 minute sessions. I'll give them a call. |
Lenny, take it from me the 98db days at Donny are a waste of time. You'll be lucky to get 5 laps per session even without any offs during the day.
