my insurance has just paid out after an accident last june, the cheque is currentley in the post on its way home.
Luckily it was only the bike that was damaged, hope u get better.
I wouldn't have minded the wait so much if the other insurance comany had kept my soliciter in the loop, it tunred out there were vaild reasons for the deplays but because they said silent i was starting the legal process to recover the money.
