I think forget the crop factor and double the number. A M4/3 25mm is a 50mm in 35mm speak; a 14mm is a 28mm wide angle. Apparently, the Panasonic 20mm f1.7 pancake is a very good walk around lens.
I like the kit 14-42 zoom but it it only goes down to f3.5, although the camera's in body image stabilisation really helps this go a long way in low light.
