Someone asking about shooting in fog/low contrast. A lot of gobbledygook but bottom line is overexpose by up to 3 stops from what you thought you would, and/or try to meter off your hand (a white man's hand is around about 18% grey so ideal, or a faded pair of jeans if you don't have a white hand).
