If he's anything like my girls it's likely to be an on/off thing. My two will get into it for a while, then lose interest, then come back to it.
Out for a lovely run this evening, marred only by a few horseflies and the Garmin battery running out half a mile from the end. The Garmin has been switched on all week and needed a charge but I forgot. Still, I got
most of the run onto Strava.
