Selected sellers only though.. big retailers on new items. Last night was even on second hand private sales.
They do this on the last day of the tax year sometimes too. Last time I bought a bargain pair of barely used Kriega US10 and US20 bags with 20% more off the price too. One of the best purchases I've made in the last few years. The seller still gets the full amount though? Not sure how they do that other than making a loss on it themselves. I'm sure they write it off against the tax that they don't pay
