Which foods are good/bad for me? I think I've lost track:

1) Coffee - it's switched so many times in the last 20 years but I think the magic 8 ball now says OK.
2) Eggs - "go to work on an egg" they said in the 70s (but you'll die of high cholesterol in the 80s), "no you won't" they said in 1990, as of today: "you will" (glad that's sorted).
3) Red wine: that's a definite: yes/no/maybe.
4) cow's milk (I think that's ok if skimmed - but where's the fun in that?)
5) chocolate - makes you fat, gives you acne . Nope, it helps circulation and lifts your mood (or does it?)
6) how many fruits/veg: 5 in UK, 7+ in Japan/Canada, 5 Fruit/2 Veg in Oz, 10 in France (Mon Dieu!)
7) Butter (who knows?) it was good, then bad, now good (I think) and on the flip side - reverse that for margarine.
