Ouch! That sounds pretty painful, especially in the cold!
Got out for
a short run this morning. Bitterly cold at -4 degrees C and at the start (7.30am) only just light enough to see. It was so hard to get moving in that temperature!
Out tomorrow morning in a local forest on MtBs with a friend and the dogs. I will be well wrapped up I can tell you now!
