I used them once when the SV packed up and they sent a specialist bike repairer with van who couldn't fix it and so took both me and bike home.
their vehicle cover looks good. main point i can see is accident recovery as standard. the RAC and AA wont do this even if you just drop the bike and break a lever.

i had to use bikesures breakdown cover last year after i crashed the bike and while i never got charged it was a complete mess. 4+ fekin hrs stood at the side of the road in the pizzing rain. was supposed to get a taxi to take me home, in the end i phoned the mate to pick me up and told the taxi to go do one. was not a nice experience.
