Managed to make it out for a couple of runs on Wednesday.
The first was
an early morning 3.8 mile run locally with a friend from just up the lane, and then
another 4.3 miles that evening with a couple of canicross friends.
Thought my legs would be a bit stiff after that but they've been fine.
