with you going in early sounds like they are rather quiet work wise.
i for one would not be happy at the service i received especially as they are a main dealer for 3 of the top named bikes.
shoddy workmanship if you ask me. i would not be paying a single penny for them to replace the speedo drive.
did you receive a print out of the work that was supposed to have been done?
