Sorry, the plugs are included in the service, I made a mistake - it was the Platinum Plus I went for. I usually get a big service done before the winter. I asked for the tyres too as they were down to the wear indicator. Yep - got the print out too.
Cheers for seeing the same p.o.v. I hinted that I expected it done for nowt but the bloke behind the desk wasn't in agreement. Might try again when I take it back, but I'm not holding out. Might be best just not to go back again once it's sorted.
