I'm off to get a new battery and an optimate tomorrow due to killing my battery with my latest test ride. Anyway I am going to fit the quick connector for the optimate but this will then mean I have two ring terminals and the main battery lead connected to each terminal of the battery, so:
- Ring terminals for the Fireblade Reg/Rec
- Ring terminals for the optimate
- SV standard battery terminals
Is there a better way of wiring this up or should I just get some longer bolts and cooper grease the lot and bolt it up?
