You thinking about a spot of running then Mike?

I was intending to get out for a run this evening but it never happened as I've been busy getting ready for a trip up to Yorkshire for a job.

Got a social run with the Powy Canicross folk early on Sunday morning though. Always a very enjoyable affair. We'll be doing between 5 and 10 miles on whatever route I cobble together from all the trails around here.
