Hi I’m new to the forum to try to gather info. I’m looking into buying a 2008 SV650 with about 2500 miles for under $2k. It’s been sitting for two years the lady feels it needs new oil and spark plugs before starting. To my knowledge the only issue would be bad fuel and maybe some moisture in the oil but nothing of major concern.

Any thoughts and knowledge is helpful as I really want this motorcycle but don’t want it to be a money pit to get running.
