+10 and get fresh fuel and half a bottle of Redex into the tank.The fuel system will be gummed up.
Pull and push back in all fuses.
Looks like it could be a bargain and nice colour
Well kept/maintained SV650s have been clocked over 125,000 miles and still going :O
Also check the age of the tyres,
