As Gary said above, it will need all the fluids changing if you bought it. It will NOT need new plugs right now.
The fuel in the tank will be useless so I don't think there is any point trying to start it unless you siphon it out as best you can and put a couple of gallons of fresh fuel in there.
Push it around a bit and apply the brakes a few times. After doing this, can you still push it easily or are the brakes sticking?

I believe it was, the lady had said in storage and from most of the items from the pictures it doesn’t appear to have a ton of rust on any parts.
I might take a gas can with me to try and get it to crank over, my real worry is if I don’t at least try to crank it over and it’s a dud then I’m stuck with a $1750 hunk of junk.
