Broken forearm & elbow also damaged wrist & knee ...
Not on my bike but tripping over a steam cleaner hose at work !!
Only a small family business so no 'where theres blame theres a claim for me' .... i don't agree with all that crap anyway ... should have been looking where i was going !
Had some repair plates fitted to broken bits & other bits wired up last week ... still bl**dy hurts
Don't think i will be back on a bike for a few months
