First run for around 5 - 6 weeks since I was laid low by some horrible virus. Did a social run with a lovely group of canicross friends.
4.6 miles around Earls Hill in Shropshire. I thought the first mile was going to kill me! So glad I made the effort though. I slept like a log last night!
