Notes: obviously the Gladius and the L7 share the same swinging arm because the hugger mounting holes lined up with the arm. I will qualify that by saying that they aligned 99% - I find with most mass produced plastic items that they are "close" but require a little bit of pressure to make them fit properly. I don't like doing that because it means they'll probably fracture later (out comes the file).

Here's another gripe - if you're selling a black hugger then surely the mounting bolts should be black too?

On the plus side (for me), the hugger extends around the tyre until it's in line with the rear axle so this should keep the bike cleaner.

Aesthetics: the exhaust side looks ok, the chain side - jury still out - there seems to be an awful lot of shiny black plastic (the hugger and the chain guard are integrated) and, since it's snowing here on the east coast, I haven't been able to get the bike out to fully eyeball it.

Finally, at £80 it's one of the cheapest huggers on the market. I previously had the Pyramid hugger which was too small (and fragile) and it cost over £50.
