They seem to warm up at about the same rate. It's difficult to say about the edges as I have the Trails on so the hard compound is much wider. The edges are a much softer compound though and I've never had any issues despite being right the way over in conditions not necessarily great for such things.

They feel nice and have stayed round thankfully.

I must stress, water dispersal is fantastic.
