We had to use butter a couple of times to get tar off our cats fur ( don't ask me how the tar got there)
The cat was many years ago now from my wife's friend's cat who had cute kittens
, we had no cat before or since, mainly to help protect local wildlife and neighbours gardens - cats can cause an awful lot of friction between neighbours lol
