Get some cheap engine oil and change it then run it for a while and change it again----several times until there is no trace of water or crud in the engine. Id run some fuel treatment/redex through the system as well to ensure the fuel is clean. Then Id start on the electrics---connecters apart and contact cleaner/WD 40 everywhere.
