Made it out for an excellent run with a friend and our hounds this evening in
the hills around Guilsfield.
First run for more than a week and I really needed this. Feeling much better for it.
Made it back just as it was getting dark, then sat on the patio at my friends house and had a very welcome cup of tea and a pleasant natter. Lovely way to pass the evening.
