If you are Scottish and live in the US, or have relatives in the US,
or from the US and of Scottish decent...you probably recognize the location of this pic.
One of the most photographed spots on the Blue Ridge Parkway, this is a view of
Grandfather Mountain (aka "America's Braemar" to the Scot's).
Home to highland games and gathering of the clans in the US for 53 years.

I was here on the bike in July the weekend before the actual games but lots of
Scots there early touring the area.
