i just sent an email to the MSP asking about the issue.

no 50cc, horse drawn carriage or pedestrians on the new bridge as motorway restrictions apply.

what about car learner drivers. a loooot of learners from Edin use the KDY test centre.

bets they make all learner drivers use the forth bridge. i also asked about horse drawn carriage and such as there were no restrictions before J1 which meant that anybody could cross the forth bridge.
