It's the Monkey's 21st birthday today. Although her uni lecturers are on strike she is self learning so has stayed down in Brighton for her birthday. Lady Poppy and I went out and toasted her special day and very nice it was too. Local bar, homemade burgers, two pints of local ale. Marvellous. So few places like that in Wycobe these days. Hope she had as good a time as we did
