Finally made it out for a run.
Headed over to
Erddig for parkrun, first one since probably May. Lovely route, mostly trail with a fair chunk of it woodland. Quite a slow course as there are some narrow congestion points on it and it's not possible to overtake people on quite a long stretch at the start. You need to be at the front to get a good time, but I'm not quick enough to be mixing it with the front runners, many of whom are doing sub 19 minute runs!
