Mununkey - I've never been entirely sure, but I thought it was hilarious when I first heard it. I've just assumed it's an even more derrisive form of monkey. Which to me is used to indicate someone who monkey's around which leads to 'fools'.
So, by my calculations: mununkey = fool...
(Could be TOTALLY wrong - and most likely am - but no offense is actually intended if it doesn't actually mean what I've decided it means...
