I'm not going to be able to attend.

I've come down with a massive allergic reaction to something all down my right hand side, and my skin looks like a side of beef at the moment.

Wearing bike gear for X hours in this kind of weather isn't helping. I'm having to take the car to work at the moment.

BIG shame, as i was looking forward to putting faces to the names i haven't met yet.

Disappointment isn't the word.
