Changed both coils today and she's came back to life! , testing the old and new coils ohms i got the same readings so it must have been under load one was breaking down .

Thanks to everyone that pitched in to help out with suggestions . I also took the fuel filter out the tank for a look but that seemed fine so must have been a coil.
