Wow sounds like everyone is doing amazing.
I actually managed to run a full mile today without stopping with this walk jog nonsense .. although it was because my HRM decided not to work today.
Quick question though, does anyone have any recommendations for suncream that they wear running, or is it just the normal stuff?
