I got out last night with BSRC (Bishop Stortford Running Club) I have switched groups and am now in the fast group. Who if I'm honest are a bit too quick at the moment. But the other group was too slow.
7.25 miles. Head torches all round. It was a nice run through a dark Hatfield Forest.

My body is a bit sore again this morning though.
