Its similar to black and white but its very temperature controlled. Slight variation in temps can cause colour shifting. You have the developer, bleach, fixer and stabiliser. Sometimes the bleach and fix come as one and is called blix. I just don't have the equipment to maintain the temperature properly. I have tried stand developing at 25c but it didn't come out so well.
