I've got one, only had it since March. Done a bit over 4000 miles so far and all good. Don't be afraid to get one a little tight as mine has loosened up nicely to a good fit. I don't use the pin lock so cannot comment except that it looks good enough quality wise.
The drop down visor is as good as most, it does not fully retract so is always visible if you look up. It is easy to operate with the lever being big and easy to find.
Noise wise it is acceptable to good, I often use it without my custom made ear plugs.
More important to me is the day long comfort which is good, 970 miles over the Easter weekend and I hardly noticed it. Wind resistance is also good, so you don't feel like your head is being pulled off. All in all you notice it very little , which has to be good as anything that distracts you from the job in hand isn't.
