Thanks for the info but no restrictors on my throttle bodies after checking. They open fully manually. Its the throttle tube that hits its housing first. Throttle cable free play is adjusted coerrectly too. The last bit of throttle body that isnt opening Im now putting down to an unmodified R6 throttle tube on my bike. I was taken back by not even having quarter of a turn for full throttle, seems thats roughly correct. With a bit of jiggery pokery should have it sorted.. John
