Finally made it out for a run this afternoon. Just ran
my 3.5 mile loop over the allt and through the woods.
Forgot to start the Garmin going for the first 500 yards and then stopped a short way along the trail to clear a culvert that had flooded the path.
It was very hard work up the side of the allt too, after a week of not running but I feel much better for having got out there. Arrived back home just before it started to rain again.
