Out early for my last run before the event at Myddle on Sunday. Just under
8 miles over the allt, along the river to Pontllogel and back, and then through the forest back to the village.
Good run and not too muddy now. Felt like hard work on the outward leg, mostly because it starts with a bit of a steep climb up the side of the allt, but got into the stride of it by the end of the outward section.
Now for a cup of tea and a large bowl of porridge!
