Not a bad idea. I've thought about getting a cheap 2nd seat off eBay and messing around with it
Or gluing some rubber sheet to the underneath of the Gel-Seat pad to give it more grip.
What I have noticed over the years is if I stop being lazy on my exercise and more walking and cycling routine and therefore tighter glutes= less Numb bum. I only get it after about several hours out riding.
