According to that link 101 covers:
- vandalism and graffiti;
- noise nuisance;
- threatening and abusive behaviour;
- abandoned vehicles;
- dumping and fly tipping;
- drunk and rowdy groups;
- drug related anti-social behaviour; and
- broken street lighting.
I've highlit all the things I'm regularly guilty of: Noise nuisance and dumping behaviour. Pretty much covers it I reckon. There's no toing a toliet in the street option, but I'm pretty sure that's covered in dumping behaviour...
