Apologies if this has been covered but I can't use search on this phone.

Me and Davies are going to try to change the front cylinder head on our 2000 curvy.

Can anyone advise me of a quick rundown including the chain timing? The tank, airbox, carbs and rad are all off. I have a Haynes at home should I need it. I'm reasonably handy with a spanner.
